Pierson is a dedicated aviation professional with extensive flight training experience. As a Certified Flight Instructor with Instrument and Multi-Engine ratings, he is committed to developing safe, skilled pilots and providing exceptional training experiences.
Austin Allen

CFI, CFII | Commercial Pilot, Single-Engine Land
Austin holds his CFI and CFI-I along with a Commercial Single-Engine Land certificate. Flying wasn't on his radar growing up — he spent the better part of eight years in the trades before making the jump to aviation and moving to Texas. He always watched the sky, tracking CAL FIRE aircraft in and out of their Sacramento base, and after a discovery flight in Auburn he knew he was in the wrong profession. With a wife willing to move 1,500 miles so he could chase the passion, he settled in Texas and now works to give every student an aviation experience that is fulfilling and rewarding.
Jeremy Ward
Head of Maintenance
Owner, Aero Bear Aviation LLC | 25+ years in aircraft maintenance & quality
Jeremy leads maintenance for the A4 fleet and brings more than 25 years of hands-on aviation experience. He started as a lead mechanic at Air Desert Pacific in California, then worked as a mechanic and inspector at Broadie's Aircraft and US Aviation Group in the Fort Worth–Denton area. He went on to serve as a Senior Inspector at Aviall, a Boeing company, and spent over a decade at Aviation Technical Services as Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Manager for Components. He later led quality work at Aerospace Quality Research and Development and Airline Component Parts. Since 2023 he has owned Aero Bear Aviation in Denton, bringing airline-level inspection standards and careful record-keeping to every airplane we fly.
